James Neal - Lead Pastor
In November of 2018, Ashland welcomed their new pastor, James Neal, and family. Before arriving in Norwood the Neal’s served in churches in suburban Cincinnati, Northwest Indiana, and Central Florida. James has a desire to see God glorified through this local body of believers as we strive to “Love God and Love People” both locally and globally. James and Kara have five kids: Morgan, Hudson, Carson, Jackson, and Weston, and would love to serve you or your family!
Jody McBrayer - Worship Pastor
June 7, 2020 was the first Sunday Jody assumed the role of Worship Pastor at Ashland. His resume includes his membership in multiple renown groups including Avalon and Cana's Voice but its not just his musical ability that sets Jody apart, but his heart for people and leading them into the presence of God through song. His passion and love for worship is evident. Jody and Stephanie have one daughter, Sarah Clayton.
Chris Keating - Student Pastor
Chris came on board at Ashland in August of 2020. Before coming to Ashland, Chris faithfully served in his church's college ministry and taking classes through Liberty University. He has a huge heart for people and a desire to serve both students and their families. Chris is married to Corryn and have one dog named Ryder.
Chad Justice - Discipleship/Equipping Pastor
Before moving to Norwood, the Justices served in the Dominican Republic for 13 years. It was there that God used them in great ways to influence families, married couples, and children for Christ. Chad and Wendy are excited about seeing people grow in their relationship with Jesus and with other Christians. The Justices have three children: Daniel, Arianna, and Jordan.
